Healing Starts Within

The vessel needs work.  If it gets neglected it needs to heal.  So start all healing, here.  I’d like to introduce to you my friend Vegetable Police.

He is on a voyage of discovery and he’s taking us all along for the ride.  His own self healing has been remarkable.  Curing himself of colitis and male pattern baldness, along with many others I don’t doubt it.

Now healed, Vegetable Police is out to find the holy grail of human immortality and hopefully making those big gains along the way.  He would be the first to say that you have got to listen to your own body when trying to accomplish anything but the fact remains that his evidence based approach along with his all inclusive philosophy and comedy not to mention a raging desire to find the answers Vegetable Police is poised to become one of the great heroes of our time.

You can see from the chart that some foods are exceptionally good for alkalising your system and they are easy to filter in to any diet you want.

The pH (Potential Hydrogen) system in this case doesn’t refer to the pH of the food itself but rather the ‘ash’ residue left after the food is burnt by the body through metabolism.  This is why we see the likes of fresh lemon, a particularly acidic substance, located in the bracket of pH 10.

I have found this to be a fantastic guide and great as a reference tool.
