Fake it ’till you Make it.

In order to manifest anything you first need to create the attraction to it.  So if you focus on the scarcity of money, for example, you will attract the scarcity of money frequency of the universe towards yourself and we don’t want that.  So remember often, that you live in abundance.  This may sound crazy but even if you don’t believe it, pretend you live in complete abundance.  I remember once trying to decide between two varieties of coffee in my cupboard.  I suddenly started laughing at having that choice to make, of the abundance that I had taken for granted up until that point.

This way of thinking pulls you into the abundance frequency.  You suddenly see that you have so much.  You look around with abundance in your head and you are blown away by how much you have.  When you do have less of something in particular, you still see abundance around you so there is no loss as such just a recognition of an area to focus abundance on.   This focus is a background task performed by your mind.  You do this consciously in as much as you send out a thought like paper planes imagining plenty of peanut butter spread across a piece of bread, when in reality you ran out 3 days ago.  The thought is a dart of energy sent out into the ether.  If you were to write down ‘Peanut Butter’ on a piece of paper, this sends more energy into the thought of abundance you have created.  It’s also the start of a shopping list so, law of attraction, more items are added to this and you go shopping and bang you are abundant in peanut butter as you are always.

I have none becomes, I have loads.  Just not at this moment.

This works with the money too.  You gladly turn over your money for your supermarket goods because you have all these good things to eat or drink, in return for a few bits of paper.  Happy days.  You have the money for the goods right now.  You will have it again, only now you are looking towards abundance, rather than scarcity.

Your body is manifested by your looking towards scarcity or abundance too.  The propagation of a mindset which is considered ‘less than’ will attract the disposition of ‘less than’ which will affect anything physical.  Your visor is tinted to the ‘less than’  view of the world.  You will see it in yourself.  You will feel it inside to the point whereby, a ‘less than’ mindset will find suspicious a person living with an abundance nature.  They will not recognise abundance to the extent that they will look to strip that person’s character through some sort of flaw, even if this is in their own mind.  This is in order to justify their ‘less than’ existence which is created from the mind rather that the higher self and one which they have attached with.  It is going against their natural state and must be reinforced often in order to be maintained.

Look for ways to notice that you live in abundance and you will manifest good things from it.  This attitude comes from a place of awareness and a recognition that you are responsible for you and you alone.  The rest is the abundance of the universe showing itself to you anyway it can.  Enjoy the abundance of it all ✌

OSHO – On having Children

“You have to be grateful to existence that it has chosen you to be a passage for a few beautiful children. But you are not to interfere in their growth, in their potential.

You are not to impose yourself upon them. They are not going to live in the same times, they are not going to face the same problems.

They will be part of another world.   Don’t prepare them for this world, this society, this time, because then you will be creating troubles for them.  They will find themselves unfit, unqualified.”

Don’t Hide Behind Your Own Potential

The Spiritual Doldrums

No Wind In The Sails

And so it happens that as the rubber band of ever increasing consciousness stretches, it also has moments of relaxing itself.  This period of relaxation can sometimes feel like a stalling of your spiritual growth.  During this phase of relaxation the Ego can start to stir as the mind looks for ways to rationalise what’s going on.  Old habits can resurface along with aches and pains, and a sense of being out of alignment is probably the best way I can describe the feeling.

Each and every time this happens, you learn something.  A solution will present itself as you poke about finding what’s up with you.  Sometimes this is a sentence in a book which puts to bed a niggle that you have had for a while, or you ‘suffer’ a full-blown spiritual realisation brought forth from studying ancient scripture, or both and vice-versa.   The answer can just as often come from being still.  Resisting nothing and simply being.

It is a time that could be recognised as the starting blocks before the race.  Your energies are being affected and manifesting.  Stay Strong.  The aches and pains are all precursors and as these flare up you come to kind of enjoy the sensation.  You are not suffering with sciatica or inflammation, you are moving energy about yourself subconsciously in preparation for the download. (Don’t avoid a trip to the doctors if you need to.  I only know me)

During The Lull

Meditate – Always first and foremost.  As old habits resurface it is a great time to go over these again.

Relax – This is a good thing that is happening.  You love the challenge.

Enjoy the break –  “You cannot help anyone without helping yourself” is true on many levels.  This time though enjoy the excuse to chill and recharge.

Just as crab sheds it’s shell as it becomes tight and uncomfortable.  So are you shedding your shell.
Remember this will not last.  You are emerging as a representation of the  divine, of all creation.  If this transformation were to happen  instantly your physical and mind would be destroyed.  We all get what get, when we are ready to get it.  There are no bad times.

On Letting Go – A Zen Story

A Cup of Tea

Nan-in, a Japanese master during the Meiji era (1868-1912), received a university professor who came to inquire about Zen.

Nan-in served tea. He poured his visitor’s cup full, and then kept on pouring.
The professor watched the overflow until he no longer could restrain himself. “It is overfull. No more will go in!”

“Like this cup,” Nan-in said, “you are full of your own opinions and speculations. How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup?”

On Being in the Moment – A Zen Story

The Two Tigers

One day, while walking through the wilderness, a man encountered a vicious tiger. He ran for his life, and the tiger gave chase.

The man came to the edge of a cliff, and the tiger was almost upon him. Having no choice, he held on to a vine with both hands and climbed down.

Halfway down the cliff, the man looked up and saw the tiger at the top, baring its fangs. He looked down and saw another tiger at the bottom, waiting for his arrival and roaring at him. He was caught between the two.

Two rats, one white and one black, showed up on the vine above him. As if he didn’t have enough to worry about, they started gnawing on the vine.

He knew that as the rats kept gnawing, they would reach a point when the vine would no longer be able to support his weight. It would break and he would fall. He tried to shoo the rats away, but they kept coming back.

At that moment, he noticed a strawberry growing on the face of the cliff, not far away from him. It looked plump and ripe. Holding onto the vine with one hand and reaching out with the other, he plucked it.

With a tiger above, another below, and two rats continuing to gnaw on his vine, the man tasted the strawberry and found it absolutely delicious.

On Heaven and Hell – A Zen Story

The Gates of Paradise

A soldier named Nobushige came to Hakuin and asked: “Is there really a paradise and a hell?”

“Who are you?” inquired Hakuin.

“I am a samurai” the warrior replied.

“You, a soldier!” sneered Hakuin, “What kind of ruler would have you as his guard? You look like a beggar.”

Nobushige became so angry that he began to draw his sword.

Hakuin continued: “So you have a sword! Your weapon is probably to dull to cut off my head.”

Nobushige drew his sword.

Hakuin remarked: “Here open the gates of hell!”

At these words the samurai, perceiving the master’s discipline, put away his sword and bowed.

“Here open the gates of paradise”, said Hakuin.

Mind Sweeping

Away From The Noise of Thought

As you become more accomplished in allowing thoughts to just happen without attachment, you will find a distance between the gaps of thoughts.  Certain images or mental constructs emerge. They will grab your attention as being something deeper or more defined than just initial thought, certainly more obvious in getting your attention.  Go towards them, approach them mentally.  It is easy to notice these fragments and turn your attention away as your mind would like to chatter on elsewhere.   These are mind made structures snagging upon your awakening conscious. They are little thorns that you can get caught up on in day-to-day life.

An Example

You receive an image of a woman. She is dressed in dirty clothes and ripped nylons. She is smoking and generally looks beaten down a life, possibly a prostitute. This sort of mental construction has more than likely been applied to your subconscious as a result of a western upbringing.  Television and the like.   The associated perspective this has impressed upon you is something low density or, negative.

Weeding out

Approach this construct, you do not need to communicate just be aware. The image of the woman will change or morph. No longer do you see a woman but now you see a damaged nail sticking out of a wooden post. Reach out and try to pull the nail out. You will find you can pull it out easily. There may appear now several more posts each with a nail for you to remove.  This is the undoing of the negative impression.  You will have your own imagery that will help move you into action in these instances.  Instead of a nail you may see a weed to pull up.  The subject matter will vary in infinite possibilities and be as individual as you are

On some level you will have removed a mind made structure that was acting against you. It may be something very small but small stones in a pond still make large ripples.  Once you have done this it will become easier the next time.

One of the better times to try this is just as you awaken in the morning whilst your mind is still relaxed and in a dream like state.
